Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
- A new cash deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
- A new cash deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
- Exceptions may be considered for clients who have tested positive for, or been exposed to, COVID-19 within the 48-hour window.
- If you are feeling unwell, please contact the studio as soon as possible—do not wait until the last minute.
- Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late will be asked to reschedule and will lose their deposit.
Health & Safety Rescheduling Requirements
Please reschedule your appointment if any of the following apply within two (2) weeks of your scheduled date:
- You have experienced cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has.
- Anyone in your household has been sick or exposed to COVID-19.
- You have recently received a COVID-19 vaccine or booster.
Who we cannot tattoo:
- No Steroid use (at least 2-6 weeks off)
- No Cancer medicines (at least 6 months post treatment)
- No Antibiotics (at least 2-6 weeks off)
