Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
    • A new cash deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
  • Exceptions may be considered for clients who have tested positive for, or been exposed to, COVID-19 within the 48-hour window.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please contact the studio as soon as possible—do not wait until the last minute.
  • Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late will be asked to reschedule and will lose their deposit.

Health & Safety Rescheduling Requirements

Please reschedule your appointment if any of the following apply within two (2) weeks of your scheduled date:

  • You have experienced cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has.
  • Anyone in your household has been sick or exposed to COVID-19.
  • You have recently received a COVID-19 vaccine or booster.

Who we cannot tattoo:

  • No Steroid use (at least 2-6 weeks off)
  • No Cancer medicines (at least 6 months post treatment)
  • No Antibiotics (at least 2-6 weeks off)
